Our client, a global leader in containerized maritime freight transport and a highly recognized name in the shipping and logistics sector, is expanding its team and seeking a new colleague to join the HR Department in Bucharest.

  • University degree, preferably Psihology;
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar position;
  • Digital skills: Proficient in MS Office;
  • Strong knowledge of labour and fiscal legislation;
  • Proficient in English, written and verbal;
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication, responsibility, attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills, ability to work in an organized manner and meet deadlines, initiative, team spirit, integrity, and confidentiality.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • HR Administration – Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases and systems.
  • Compliance & Policies – Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies, updating procedures as needed.
  • Employee Support – Address employee inquiries, manage conflicts, and support a positive work environment.
  • Payroll & Benefits – Assist in payroll preparation and administer employee benefits programs.
  • Performance & Development – Support performance review processes and coordinate training and development activities.
  • HR Reporting – Prepare HR-related reports and assist in workforce analytics.
