My client is a forward-thinking fintech and digital banking innovator, transforming the way people manage, move, and grow their money. As they continue to scale and build next-generation digital financial products, I'm looking for an Agile Digital Business Analyst to join them on an initial 12-month contract.

As an Agile Digital Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in bridging business goals with technical execution. You will work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to shape and deliver cutting-edge digital banking and fintech solutions. Your role is critical in driving product clarity, delivering high-quality user stories, and ensuring features meet business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine digital banking and fintech product features
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements in an Agile environment
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities and manage the product backlog
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help drive innovation across the product lifecycle
• Support QA teams with test scenarios and help validate developed features
• Stay current on fintech trends, digital banking innovations, and regulatory changes impacting financial products

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong background in digital banking, fintech, or financial services product development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to turn complex requirements into user-centric digital solutions
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations is a plus
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial sector is advantageous
