Senior Project Manager - Application Development Background

Our client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with a strong IT Business Change Mgt background, business transformation and relationship management skills. A real self starter that is very technical and comes from an Engineering/ Apps Development background. A senior leader who can bridge the gaps IT and the business.

People Management - team of 4-5

• Manager Business Change/ Portfolio PMO
• Engineering / Apps Development background
• IT Relationship Management team
• Agile/ Scrum Master skills

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.
• A strong Project Management Delivery background (Portfolio of projects)
• Proven track record in leading medium to large-scale transformation programs that drive significant business value.
• Extensive experience in Application Development.
• Proficiency in interfacing with colleagues at all organizational levels with a management consultant-led approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage engagements for the benefit of the organization.
• Technical background with a deep understanding of Data platforms, including EDW, AI, ML, and reporting.
• Strong Cloud technology background (Azure etc)
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong business acumen, preferably in a large corporate global firm nice to have.

Educational Requirements: 3rd level Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
