We’re now looking for a Performance Designer who’s ready to play at the intersection of creativity and results. You'll design ads that get millions of eyes on them – and know why they work. This isn’t a job for background decorators. It’s for someone who wants to influence outcomes, not just aesthetics.

Your Responsibilities

• Create scroll-stopping static visuals for Meta and Google
• Add motion and animation that make your visuals move – and matter
• Collaborate with performance marketers and CROs to turn data into better design decisions
• Lead and pitch creative ideas, new ad angles, and visual directions
• Stay on top of creative trends – and help set them
• Own multiple projects, balance speed and quality, and ship creative you’re proud of
• Help shape how we approach creative as our team, spend, and impact grows

Core Requirements

• From 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing - ideally with performance focus
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
• You know what makes Meta ads convert - not just how they look, but how they sell
• You love feedback, testing, iterating, and chasing what performs, not just what pleases
• Self-sufficient and proactive, but thrive in collaborative teams
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian
• A portfolio that shows not only polished visuals, but real thinking behind the creative

• Salary of 2200 - 2700 EUR gross for a full-time position.
