What you’ll be doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Finance roles;
• Create and publish job ads across various platforms;
• Conduct CV screening, interviews, and candidate assessments;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical and cultural requirements;
• Support employer branding and talent mapping initiatives;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes.

What you will need to succeed:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in IT and/or Finance recruitment;
• Strong knowledge of the tech and financial talent markets;
• Excellent communication skills, both with candidates and internal stakeholders;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
• Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.);
• Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven;
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (on-site and remote) based in Porto.
