As the Business Analyst, you will support the design, data migration, and implementation of a new ECM platform. - Review current-state documentation and become a subject matter expert across business functions
- Lead and support data migration activities and solution configuration
- Contribute to design workshops, testing, deployment, release planning, and handover to support teams
- Work collaboratively with project team members and business representatives across all levels
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and reviews
- Communicate technical and functional information in clear, plain English for stakeholders
This role will suit a hands-on and proactive Business Analyst who thrives in large-scale digital transformation environments. You’re confident in your stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and documentation skills, and bring a practical understanding of ECM and information management.
Mandatory experience:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex, or highly regulated environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business, technical, and vendor groups
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with Visio (BPMN), Excel, and Jira
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality documentation and project deliverables
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
Highly desirable:
- Experience in information/content migration within a complex environment
- Previous experience working within a transport, infrastructure, or government setting
