Operations Project Manager

We are looking for "Project Operations Supervisor" with the following qualifications.

Who You Are?

· BSc in Computer Science or a related discipline

· At least 2 years of experience as a project management experience is a must

· Knowledge of software development methodologies and quality processes management

· Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar is a plus

· Familiarity with both agile and traditional project management methodologies

· Strong organizational and planning skills with an ability to manage high meeting volume

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and team coordination

· Dynamic and adaptable to changing responsibilities

· Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· B2+ Level Proficiency in English

What You Will Do?

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring project operations end-to-end — from planning and budgeting to documentation and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure that projects run smoothly, are delivered on time, and align with expectations and quality standards.

· Monitor and maintain project plans, schedules, working hours, budgets, and expenditures.

· Establish and maintain regular communication with clients, coordinating teams based on their needs and requests.

· Participate in stakeholder meetings and document key actions, decisions, and follow-ups.

· Prepare presentation materials required for internal and external project meetings.

· Supervise and track team performance, ensuring that project deadlines and milestones are met.

· Take ownership of project tasks and responsibilities when needed.

· Support and follow up on project documentation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Ensure that operational processes within project teams align with defined standards and client requirements.

· Evaluate project risks and issues, providing appropriate solutions when necessary.

· Ensure effective stakeholder communication and oversee the seamless execution of project workflows.

· Coordinate internal training activities and support learning and development initiatives across teams.
