We are looking for a talented and experienced “Project Management Office Specialist” to join our dynamic team with the following qualifications.

Who You Are?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, management information systems departments of universities
• Preferably 2 years of project management experience and successfully completion of at least 3 projects
• Preferably having Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master (PSM I- II), Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt, etc. project management related certificates,
• Previous project management experience on different projects,
• Intermediate level of English,
• Advanced collaboration and communication skills, leadership qualities,
• Strong planning, organization, reporting, problem solving, analytical thinking, creativity skills and customer focus.
• Living in or able to live in Istanbul

What You Will Do?

• Conducting analyses on projects carried out within the organization
• Ensuring the adaptation of Project Management Tools within the organization
• Determining KPIs on Project Management, establishing a measurement, monitoring and control mechanism
• Creating statistical data on past projects and work packages, supporting new projects with this data
• Organizing lessons learned meetings and ensuring that they are stored in the corporate memory
• Supervising whether Project Managers are working in accordance with the corporate Project Management Methodology
• Designing dashboards and reports within the scope of Project Management
• Providing project management coaching for projects in the company project portfolio,
• Monitoring the progress and compliance of projects with their objectives, identifying risks and planning the necessary actions,
• Conducting activities to collect project ideas from process owners and employees, prioritizing ideas and ensuring that the project portfolio is created,
• Determining improvement opportunities and project ideas by analyzing business processes,
• Conducting internal trainings on project management, ensuring that external trainings are planned and completed,
• Supporting the determination of project management application principles and ensuring that projects comply with these standards
• Provide support for Project Management Office dissemination activities.
