Incident Response Analyst

We are looking for an Incident Response Analyst to join our team.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Provide Level 2 incident response, managing tickets according to defined SLAs.
• Analyze information from various sources to assess the scope and impact of security incidents.
• Detect threats, analyze malware and network traffic.
• Manage vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate current practices and propose improvements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of threat detection and prevention solutions.

What will help you succeed in this role?

• A degree in a technology-related field.
• C1 level English (mandatory).
• At least 3 years of experience in incident response.
• Knowledge of technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication skills, autonomy, and customer service orientation.
