Technical Support Engineer – JavaScript / APIs / SaaS | Hybrid Dublin | €49K
We’re hiring multiple Technical Support Engineers for a global SaaS leader. These are high-impact roles solving real platform problems for enterprise customers.
The Offer:
- Annual Salary €49,000 doe paid on a weekly basis
- 11-month PAYE contract
- Dublin (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Note: Applications are only considered if you are based in Ireland with the appropriate right-to-work status without any sponsorship.
The Role:
- Solve complex platform issues across APIs, integrations, or UI behaviours
- Debug JavaScript, investigate REST/SOAP calls, and analyse logs
- Collaborate with global teams and act as SME for your domain (UX, Automation or Integrations)
- Contribute to product feedback and platform improvement
What You’ll Bring:
- Scripting: JavaScript preferred (Python, Shell, Bash also welcome)
- Web APIs (REST/SOAP), Postman, HTTP, JSON/XML
- DB: MySQL preferred (SQL/Oracle fine too)
- Troubleshooting mindset, clear communicator, team player
- Bonus: React, Angular, SNMP, LDAP, AWS/Azure, Java OOP
