Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Analyst with a strong background in Lean and Agile methodologies to join our dynamic team in Bucharest, Romania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving application software integration through DevOps practices and ensuring a smooth, secure, and efficient software delivery pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and define project KPIs
• Implement development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Plan team structure, workflows, and manage project activities
• Set up and manage tools, infrastructure, and development environments
• Define and maintain DevOps processes for development, testing, release, and support
• Conduct code reviews and validate software code
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in software code
• Monitor process compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Automate processes wherever possible to enhance efficiency
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement cybersecurity measures
• Manage incident handling and perform root cause analysis
• Facilitate communication within the team and with customers
• Select, implement, and manage CI/CD tools
• Build and maintain a robust CI/CD pipeline
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Track and improve customer experience and KPIs
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to management and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a DevOps or related role
• Proven experience with Lean and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and infrastructure management
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and the local language (mandatory)
