Trainee AI Business Analyst

QATestLab is an international provider of independent testing services with over 20 years of experience in delivering quality assurance support across various industries — from e-commerce, banking, and healthcare to gaming, media, and telecommunications. Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.

Within our internal development department, we are building a new division focused on implementing AI tools and automating internal processes. We are currently looking for a Trainee AI Business Analyst to join this team — someone who can help transform ideas into practical AI-driven business solutions.

We expect that you:

• Have experience using ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, or other alternative AI models
• Work confidently with prompts, understanding semantic structure and logical flow (Question → Context → Action)
• Understand key AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, Web Search, Deep Research, AI assistants, and AI agents
• Have basic knowledge of tokenization and the limitations of modern LLMs
• Possess English language skills (written and spoken) at B1+ level or higher

Nice to have:

• Basic theoretical background in any programming language and familiarity with JSON format
• Basic understanding of SQL
• Basic knowledge of Git

Main responsibilities:

• Write, structure, and test prompts for major trending AI models professionally;
• Evaluate the accuracy, clarity, and quality of AI outputs, and improve them quickly when needed;
• Create, maintain, and migrate knowledge bases for AI assistants and agents;
• Maintain a library of “best prompts,” document logic, tags, and variables;
• Integrate prompts into software solutions;
• Use, integrate, and configure AI agents on no-code platforms (n8n, OpenWebUI, Chatbase, etc.);
• Independently or collaboratively determine business needs through direct communication with company management.
