Contract: 9 months + extensions

Hybrid: 3 days on-site (Toronto, ON)

Rate: $75-88/hr

Day-to-day:

Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner to provide digital product leadership for one of Canada’s leading financial institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-tier digital solutions for a journey transformation, enhancing the homebuying experience for customers.

• Digital Refinance Project and building internal workflows for centralized funder position
• Running with Scrum Teams: Oversee and collaborate with scrum teams to drive product development and delivery.
• User Stories: Develop and manage user stories to ensure clear and actionable requirements.
• Strategic Visioning and Road Mapping: Support strategic visioning and road mapping to align product development with business goals

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Banking experience (big 5)
• Ability to Run with ambiguity
• Lending product experience
• Roadmap management
• Sr. Executive stakeholder management
• Business casing development and benefit realization
• Strong sense of ownership and independence to drive results

Nice to Have:

Home financing experience (originate, adjudicate, fulfil, service)
