Job Title: Agile Delivery Lead (Coach)

Location: Brisbane, QLD (On-site)

Contract: 3 days/week (with potential to scale to 5 in new FY)

Rate: Competitive daily rate | Potential extension into 2026

The Opportunity

We’re working with a reputable client to secure an Agile Coach for a strategic role within their Agile delivery function. This is a rare opportunity to work for a leading Mining Client in a hands-on transformation role.

You’ll operate at the intersection of technology and operations—uplifting Agile capability across IT and business units, shaping delivery models, and supporting senior stakeholders through cultural and operational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile uplift across diverse delivery teams and business units
• Coach Program Managers, Product Owners, BAs, and Scrum Masters
• Design and facilitate Agile events at team and program level
• Drive continuous improvement using Azure DevOps
• Engage confidently with C-suite and SteerCo stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in Agile delivery and coaching roles
• Strong enterprise transformation experience within the resources sector
• Deep expertise in frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban - plus DevOps experience
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication
• Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management and scaled Agile governance
