A fast-growing healthtech company has built an incredibly successful AI-native product. The flagship product is a conversational AI tool that listens during consultations or dictations and automatically generates accurate clinical notes, helping reduce administrative burden and improve care delivery. This role will take full ownership of the product roadmap and be instrumental in driving its evolution and adoption.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the conversational AI assistant.
  • Identify and validate new product opportunities and emerging market needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across AI/ML, engineering, and commercial teams.
  • Conduct discovery with end users (clinicians) and translate insights into roadmap decisions.
  • Champion user-centric and AI-enhanced product development internally.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor landscape to inform strategy.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and clearly communicate product vision and impact.


Ideal Candidate


Experience:

  • Demonstrated success owning and shipping AI/ML products, ideally in NLP, ASR, or conversational AI.
  • Proven track record in client-facing work (e.g., product discovery, demos, onboarding).
  • Healthcare or clinical tech background is a strong advantage.


Skills & Traits:

  • Commercially minded with a bias for action and strong execution focus.
  • Technically fluent—comfortable working closely with data science and engineering teams.
  • Proactive, outcome-oriented, and user-obsessed.
  • Excellent communicator and effective at influencing across functions.
  • Highly organised, with a startup mentality and strong sense of ownership.

  • New features or markets are successfully scoped, validated, and launched.
  • Strong alignment and collaboration across teams.
  • Roadmap is clearly owned and delivers tangible business and user impact.
