We're RatePunk — a fast-growing travel tech startup shaking things up in the hotel booking game. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager to bring structure, insight, and executional firepower to our marketing team. This role isn’t about checking boxes — it’s about owning results, launching experiments, and helping us move faster while staying sharp.
You'll be the go-to person for managing complex campaigns, streamlining marketing ops, and making sure our web + mobile marketing efforts actually move the needle.
🎯 What You’ll Own
🧪 A/B Testing & Experimentation Strategy
- Lead the full A/B testing process — from idea to analysis — across both web and mobile.
- Build a sustainable experimentation culture with a clear testing roadmap.
- Prioritize impact, ship fast, and iterate smarter.
📊 Performance Oversight & Growth Ops
- Own performance tracking across paid and organic channels (Meta, Google Ads,etc.).
- Partner with the CMO to turn numbers into action: spot opportunities, flag red flags, and optimize campaigns fast.
- Drive weekly reviews and ensure every channel has a clear path to scale.
🚨 Root Cause Hunter
- See something off? You dig until you find the why.
- Whether it’s an analytics bug or an ad tanking, you jump in, troubleshoot, and fix it before it becomes a problem.
📈 Data Analysis, Funnel Insights & Attribution Clarity
- Be our go-to brain for all things GA4 and tracking.
- Audit funnels, fix data gaps, and ensure we’re seeing the full picture across devices and platforms.
- Proactively suggest changes based on insight, not gut feel.
🚀 Marketing Launches: From Idea to Execution
- Lead new marketing initiatives across our digital products.
- Own the roadmap, drive timelines, and keep everyone aligned — from internal stakeholders to external partners.
🛠 Tech & Dev Coordination
- Translate marketing goals into dev-ready tasks with clarity and context.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering team to ensure technical implementations are smooth, timely, and high-impact.
👀 Who We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in digital product marketing, ideally with experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
- With deep hands-on experience with web + mobile marketing, you get both ecosystems.
- Proven success launching, scaling, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns.
- Strong project management chops — you keep things moving and people aligned.
- Data-driven to the core, with real fluency in GA4 and funnel analytics.
- Comfortable translating marketing ideas into clear technical requirements.
- A strategic thinker who also loves to execute fast and iterate smarter.
- High ownership mindset — you don’t wait for permission, you lead.
