Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a System Support Engineer. The System Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, administering systems, managing operating systems, and ensuring network security. Daily tasks include assisting clients with IT-related problems, maintaining system performance, and implementing security protocols.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- System Administration and Operating Systems management skills
- Expertise in Network Security
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with IT service management tools and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
