System Support Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior System Support Engineer. The Senior System Support Engineer will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, system administration, and ensuring the security and performance of operating systems and networks. The role involves day-to-day management of IT infrastructure, proactive maintenance, and responding to technical incidents and requests.

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues
• System Administration and managing Operating Systems
• Network Security and ensuring the protection of IT infrastructure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are a plus
