Location: Remote (Poland-based candidates only)

Salary: PLN 260,000 per annum
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with deep expertise in SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and Warehouse Management (WM) to work with our major client in Poland , remotely (anywhere in Poland is possible).
The successful candidate will lead and manage SAP logistics projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget while aligning with enterprise architecture and project governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP LE/WM project delivery from initiation through to closure
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and team structures
- Recruit and assign project staff; manage cross-functional teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Drive project delivery to meet quality, time, and cost objectives
- Provide clear direction, motivation, and leadership to project teams
- Ensure alignment with organizational standards, methodologies, and tools
- Track financial forecasts and resource allocations
- Conduct post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Proven track record in successful IT project delivery (minimum 5 years)
- At least 2 years of experience leading SAP LE/WM or MM projects
- Background in logistics, transportation management, or warehouse management systems
- Experience with integration platforms (as engineer or PM) is advantageous
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
