In this position, you will…


Support bolt’s HR and Talent Acquisition teams by coordinating administrative processes, scheduling, and data tracking to help create a smooth and high-quality experience for both candidates and employees.


You will be responsible for…


  • Coordinating interview scheduling across multiple time zones and calendars
  • Managing candidate communications and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process
  • Posting job openings and maintaining accuracy across job boards
  • Supporting preboarding and onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation scheduling
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems
  • Assisting with data entry and reporting across People team initiatives
  • Helping to coordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives
  • Supporting HR compliance and documentation efforts (e.g., I-9s, audits, policies)
  • Jumping in on various People Team projects as needed

You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally in HR, recruiting, or a fast-paced business setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfort working with HRIS systems like ADP & Oracle
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a calm and solutions-oriented approach
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that the base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
