In this position, you will…
Support bolt’s HR and Talent Acquisition teams by coordinating administrative processes, scheduling, and data tracking to help create a smooth and high-quality experience for both candidates and employees.
You will be responsible for…
- Coordinating interview scheduling across multiple time zones and calendars
- Managing candidate communications and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process
- Posting job openings and maintaining accuracy across job boards
- Supporting preboarding and onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation scheduling
- Maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems
- Assisting with data entry and reporting across People team initiatives
- Helping to coordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives
- Supporting HR compliance and documentation efforts (e.g., I-9s, audits, policies)
- Jumping in on various People Team projects as needed

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally in HR, recruiting, or a fast-paced business setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfort working with HRIS systems like ADP & Oracle
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a calm and solutions-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
