As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Product Manager for a 6 months+ contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

As a Product-manager, you'll work on steering an advanced model building squad which focus on data-driven sales models.

The squad has two major tasks. First the discovery and exploration of new models for acquisition, cross-sell and churn on specific retail client populations and secondly the devops of our underlying data & model engine for these models. This engine is shared with a second squad who uses this engine for business client models (acquisition, cross-sell, churn, pricing).

Besides managing the delivery of the squad you will also be responsible for developing the future strategy of our data-driven sales engine for both retail and business clients.

Experience:

• You have at least 5 or more years of experience working as a product-manager

• You have a proven track-record on building and bringing Data & Analytics solutions to production.

• Experience with sales models (acquisition, cross-sell, churn) is preferred

• You have experience leading Data & Analytics teams and tech projects, coaching others, sharing knowledge and implementing best practices

• You’re able to define and present strategic plans to executive teams

• You communicate well in the English language (both spoken and written).
