🔎 We are looking for a Transformation & Program Manager
Main Tasks:
- Steer transformation programs and related projects, either directly or via cross-functional coordination.
- Support and follow the execution of strategic transformation initiatives across all service lines.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, addressing issues and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and implement change management strategies that promote employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Communicate change-related updates effectively to various stakeholders, including senior management.
- Promote continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and driving optimization initiatives.
- Support organizational design and role definition aligned with business transformation.
- Coordinate with other locations and process owners to ensure global process consistency.
Main Skills & Requirements:
Technical Skills
- Strong background in IT with excellent understanding of infrastructure, support (APS), development (ADM), and business-facing roles
- Proven experience in program and transformation management
- Solid understanding of change management principles and processes
Soft Skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Able to influence and align cross-functional teams toward a common vision
- Flexible, resilient, and capable of navigating ambiguity
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset across regions and cultures
Language Skills
- Proficiency in English mandatory
