🔎 We are looking for a Transformation & Program Manager

Main Tasks:

• Steer transformation programs and related projects, either directly or via cross-functional coordination.
• Support and follow the execution of strategic transformation initiatives across all service lines.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, addressing issues and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and implement change management strategies that promote employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Communicate change-related updates effectively to various stakeholders, including senior management.
• Promote continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and driving optimization initiatives.
• Support organizational design and role definition aligned with business transformation.
• Coordinate with other locations and process owners to ensure global process consistency.

Main Skills & Requirements:

Technical Skills

• Strong background in IT with excellent understanding of infrastructure, support (APS), development (ADM), and business-facing roles
• Proven experience in program and transformation management
• Solid understanding of change management principles and processes

Soft Skills

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Able to influence and align cross-functional teams toward a common vision
• Flexible, resilient, and capable of navigating ambiguity

Language Skills

• Proficiency in English mandatory
