Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead adoption and market expansion. This is a strategic, outward-facing role focused on creating distribution channels and integrating our infrastructure with wallets, dApps, aggregators, and blockchain networks.

You’ll play a key role in making intent-based interactions the norm across Web3, working with top ecosystem partners and advocating for seamless user experiences.


About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead adoption and market expansion. This is a strategic, outward-facing role focused on creating distribution channels and integrating our infrastructure with wallets, dApps, aggregators, and blockchain networks.

You’ll play a key role in making intent-based interactions the norm across Web3, working with top ecosystem partners and advocating for seamless user experiences.


Your Responsibilities

Partnerships & Distribution

  • Drive growth by creating and executing a comprehensive distribution plan.
  • Identify and prioritize wallet providers, dApps, and other key platforms for integration.
  • Pitch the value of embedding intent-based infrastructure into front-end interfaces and UX flows.
  • Collaborate with teams behind wallets, bridges, and NFT platforms to simplify user interactions using our product.

Ecosystem Growth

  • Build strategic relationships with leading foundations, chains, and rollup teams to strategically incorporate into core infrastructures and funding initiatives.
  • Work with solvers, liquidity providers, and market makers to broaden the scope of supported assets and networks.

Product Collaboration

  • Gather feedback from partners to guide product features, roadmap decisions, and developer tooling improvements.
  • Co-develop marketing campaigns, integration guides, and incentive programs in coordination with ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Be the face of company representation at major blockchain conferences, summits, and community events.


Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem strategy in crypto, DeFi, or Web3.
  • Solid understanding of wallets, L1/L2 infrastructure, cross-chain protocols, and DeFi applications.
  • A strong network across crypto-native teams, foundations, and projects.
  • Comfortable pitching technical solutions to both business and engineering teams.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English required.


Bonus Points

  • Experience with AI use cases in Web3 or decentralized automation.
  • Familiarity with bridging protocols and cross-chain UX challenges.
  • Analytical thinker with a bias toward action and growth.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
