AI Project Manager

MRP Group are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Project Manager to lead and coordinate the development and implementation of artificial intelligence initiatives for a freelance contract project.

Based in Helsinki, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee AI/ML projects from inception to deployment
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to align project goals with strategic objectives
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure project milestones are met
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in AI, data science, or software development
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)

This is a long term contract based onsite in Helsinki, please note applications must speak fluent Finnish & English.
