Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assure high-quality standards focused on employee performance during shifts.

Evaluate individual employee performance and support their growth.

Work on personalized improvement plans to enhance team skills.

Achieve monthly goals set by the company.

Organize training sessions for performance and communication.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.

Experience in a similar management role.

Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

High stress tolerance and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work varying shifts (day/night).

Proficiency in English and Latvian; Russian is a plus.

Intermediate knowledge of Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Google Workspace.

Prior experience in the iGaming industry.
