Our client is a well-established player in the Private Equity sector, recognized for its strong track record and dynamic expansion.


They are seeking a talented and motivated Finance Analyst F/M to join their team based in Luxembourg. In this role, you will provide hands-on operational and financial support for the company’s investments. This includes the implementation and administration of holding companies, assistance with all aspects of deal structuring, and managing relationships with lawyers, accountants, auditors, banks, and other third-party service providers.


Key responsabilities :

• Find and implement, alongside deal teams, the legal and tax structuring of acquisitions : structure design (jurisdiction, financial instruments, legal and tax constraints), creation of holdings, closing and post-closing matters

• Find efficient solutions for the day-to-day management of the holding companies – accounting, legal & tax; including acting as director of those holdings

• Find ways to oversee post-closing transactions (M&A, carve-outs, refinancings, exits etc.) effectively

• Find and coordinate the best third-party providers – accountants, banks, auditors, lawyers

• Find insights through modelling and analysis of holding companies’ capital structures

• Find and follow up on the accounting, tax, and legal aspects of the portfolio companies


Profile :

• Fluency in English and French is essential; Spanish, Italian, German and/or other languages are a plus

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Find interest and enthusiasm in corporate finance, private equity funds, and financial modelling

• Find motivation in building a long-term career path

• Excellent PC skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Ability to find solutions in high-pressure, uncertain, and changing environments

• Capacity to find new perspectives, challenge the status quo, and inspire others

• Find ways to communicate clearly and concisely in a multicultural environment

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Any previous experience, including internships, is a plus
