Software Developer (.net)

The Job

As a .Net Developer at Milence, you will be integral to the development of a customizable multi-tenant SaaS solution for the heavy-duty transport charging market. You will work with the latest cloud-based technologies and be part of a dedicated team throughout the product development. Your focus will be on building maintainable and scalable solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and enhancing a customizable multi-tenant SaaS solution using C#/.NET.
• Collaborating with the team to enhance and develop the product.
• Handling customization challenges using Azure standard solutions.
• Building scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Implementing a microservice event-based architecture using Azure Service Bus.
• Utilizing CosmosDB and Azure storage components for data storage.
• Implementing monitoring, logging, and self-healing solutions with Log Analytics and other techniques.
• Developing a portal that interacts with the backend (API) using Azure's PaaS components.
  
  
  

Occasional on-call duties will be part of this role.

This role will be based in Arnhem.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET
• Experience with Visual Studio/Rider/Code and/or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of event-based microservices architecture and CI/CD
• Familiarity with large volume transaction processing
• Experience in web services and REST APIs
• Strong understanding of Azure Cloud, CosmosDB, and Azure storage components
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems and make well-judged decisions.
• Enthusiastic about learning new skills, environments, and resilient in challenging situations.
