Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for an exciting position as a Project Manager, for a major banking client in Luxembourg, Europe:

Duration: 7 months + extensions

Location: Luxembourg (Hybrid Working)

Hourly rate: Negotiable

Start Date: Beginning of June

English Speaking Fine

Previous Banking Sector Experience in Luxembourg Needed.

Key Tasks:

• Implement a tactical register for remediation and business-as-usual (BAU).
• Analyze existing agreements to define scope.
• Plan and coordinate remediation tasks.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop exit strategies.
• Update and maintain a central register.

Personnel Requirements (2 Profiles):

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or other relevant field (in the absence of a Master degree in the relevant field, demonstrated equivalent professional experience of at least 10 years can be accepted).

Mandatory Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience working in Outsourcing, Vendor Management, Business Management
• At least 5 years of experience leading cross functional projects within Financial institutions
• At least 5 years of experience leading regulatory projects
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis in large financial organizations
• At least 3 years working on and analysing core banking processes with good understanding of the client banking value chains and core processes

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience in Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, with the ability to handle complexity and manage multiple requests
• Good understanding of DORA requirements particularly for ICT Third Party Management
• Experience in EBA guidelines on Outsourcing Arrangements implementation
• Experience in business process modelling
• Communicate effectively, analytical thinking and problem solving
• Provides cohesive and understandable documentation
• Good knowledge of Office package and Sharepoint
