About the role: End User System Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced End User System Administrator to join our IT infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system continuity, implementing operational improvements, automating manual processes, and resolving technical issues. System Administrators work closely with infrastructure, development, operations, and security teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of services.

This position will be

• Knowledge and experience in managing server and client operating systems,
• Conducting detailed analysis based on institutional needs and offering effective solutions,
• Designing and maintaining detailed system architectures,
• Maintaining, managing, and ensuring redundancy and high availability of Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS services within the Domain Controller,
• Organizing and managing Group Policy and Organizational Units,
• Experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM),
• Experience in VDI and application virtualization,
• Proficiency in PowerShell, ASP.NET, C#, VMI Query, VBScript, and MS SQL Query,
• Experience with print server management,
• Familiarity with user experience tools and Dropbox,
• Preparing needs analysis, technical specifications, project budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, and test scenarios,
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSSM) processes,
• Forward-thinking and implementation-oriented in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), and automation technologies, with a strong interest in leveraging these tools to enhance operational efficiency.
