Business Analyst - REMOTE

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will join a long-term project for our client.

What you will do

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Create clear and testable user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
• Improve and optimize data workflows and business processes, identifying areas for automation.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
• Support documentation and requirement lifecycle management, ensuring clarity, traceability, and consistency.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, preferably with a focus on data or dashboard-related solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in requirements gathering, use case creation, and process modeling.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly express complex ideas and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including experience with tools like JIRA and knowledge of Scrum practices.
