Are you an experienced Java developer with a passion for complex backend systems? Do you want to work on business-critical applications within a microservices architecture? Then we’re looking for you! We are looking for Mid and Senior Java developer for two end-clients that are based in Utrecht and Den Haag.

For one of our teams within a government organization, we are looking for a candidate to join a DevOps team for the (further) development of an application based on Java technology. You will become part of a DevOps team working on modernizing applications on the (cloud) platform of one of our clients. The work is varied and includes developing code, ensuring integration, testing, coordinating with Product Owners and architects, and automating DevOps processes. In addition, it is very important that you understand the value of collaboration with other DevOps teams.

Required experience and skills:

• Experience with Java, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Camel, API, Integration, Front End (for example Angular or React).
• You're eager to develop your skills in Kotlin and/or Quarkus.
• DevOps mindset: Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing.
• You are willing to work in a team for a longer period and contribute to the team's development.
• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, but you're also comfortable communicating in English.
