Business System Analyst

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst who is passionate about fintech and skilled in managing both long-term, product-focused tasks and client-specific implementations.

Our product focuses on two key areas: customization for individual clients and the development of core features that bring value to all clients. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to define, manage, and refine business requirements and processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirements management:

- Gather, analyze, verify, and validate requirements from internal and external stakeholders.

- Review client feature requests and transform them into actionable feature descriptions for the development team.

- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and propose solutions that align with core product functionality.

2. Solution design:

- Identify issues, risks, and potential benefits of proposed solutions.

- Prepare technical specifications for service provider integrations, including analyzing API documentation and structuring information.

3. Collaboration with development team:

- Collaborate with the SCRUM team and provide progress updates to the project manager.

- Create clear development tasks and provide supporting documentation such as wireframes and process diagrams (UML, BPMN) to aid developers and designers.

4. Documentation:

- Maintain and update internal documentation, including integration guides and client-specific customization information.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a Business / System Analyst in a B2B industry.

- Experience working on API integration projects (analyzing API documentation, testing APIs with Postman, creating sequence diagrams).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.

- Experience to creating detailed PRDs for integrations and complex projects.

- Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Miro, Figma).

- Ability to effectively present complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong communication skills

- Experience in Fintech or related industry (e-Commerce, Crypto) is a must.
