Strong Middle Business Analyst with Experience in the Finance Domain

• Our client is a global music and entertainment conglomerate headquartered in the US, with offices in over 60 countries. The company is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation focused on modernizing its financial operations, consolidating data, and optimizing processes.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join a project to enhance internal financial systems and reporting capabilities. The Business Analyst will be key in bridging business needs and technical implementation, ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-level financial solutions.

Salary range: 3500-3900 Eur Gross

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Evaluate and optimize existing financial workflows and reporting processes
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams
• Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and sprint reviews
• Contribute to financial data analysis and help shape reporting solutions to support decision-making
• Work cross-functionally with finance, data, product, and engineering teams

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant involvement in the finance domain
• Strong understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Experience working in Agile environments; familiarity with Scrum ceremonies and backlog management
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar)
• Skilled in writing clear and detailed user stories, use cases, and process documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English

• Experience in the music, media, or entertainment industries
• Familiarity with financial platforms such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or other ERP systems
• Understanding of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Basic SQL skills for data validation and analysis
