Program Management Coordinator

Our client is seeking a PMO Coordinator to join their Portfolio Office, supporting the delivery of complex, strategic digital initiatives. This is a hands-on coordination role driving agile practices, governance, and delivery assurance across a high-performing team.

You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling effective project delivery, with the opportunity to influence ways of working and enhance continuous improvement across the portfolio.

In this role, you will:

🔹 Coordinate agile portfolio activities across multiple streams and functions

🔹 Facilitate delivery workshops, planning events, and change management initiatives

🔹 Support governance, reporting, budgeting, and project health metrics

🔹 Maintain and enhance project tools, templates, and assurance processes

🔹 Provide onboarding and guidance to new project managers and support communities of practice

About you:

✔ Demonstrated experience in a PMO or portfolio coordination role

✔ Solid understanding of agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)

✔ Confident managing reporting, financials, risk, and metrics across a portfolio

✔ Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

✔ Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

✔ Experience with SharePoint, PPM tools, or a project-related certification is highly regarded
