KOL Manager / Growth Manager (part-time) - India base

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish partnerships with local KOLs, influencers, and community leaders in the cryptocurrency space.
• Develop and execute strategic campaigns in collaboration with KOLs to promote CoinEx's services and initiatives.
• Organize and oversee online and offline events, including webinars, AMAs and community meetups, to engage with the local audience.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers within the Bangladeshi market.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, influencer marketing, or a related role within the cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong network within the India crypto community and familiarity with local influencers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Indian and English is required.
