Frontend Developer

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting internal enterprise applications. This role involves end-to-end development of features, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive new initiatives—especially in the AI automation and assessment domain. You'll work on modernizing and optimizing internal systems while contributing to the scalability and quality of our AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and robust applications using modern full stack technologies.
• Build and maintain intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React and JavaScript.
• Develop backend services and APIs primarily in Java, with additional components in Python or Kotlin.
• Integrate with relational databases and manage data workflows effectively.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
• Support and optimize automation processes related to AI tool quality assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and QA to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions to maintain code quality and team alignment.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer or software engineer.

Strong proficiency in:

• Frontend: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Backend: Java (Spring Boot preferred), Python or Kotlin (nice to have)
• APIs: RESTful API design and integration
• Databases: Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Understanding of DevOps concepts and container orchestration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have (Secondary Skills):

• Knowledge of Go (Golang) for microservices or tooling.
• Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message brokers.
• Background in working on projects involving AI/ML tools or automation.
• Experience in KTLO operations, risk mitigation, and cost optimization strategies
