Job Scopes:
• Define and implement Airfreight Product Strategy - Align with corporate objectives and are designed to capture market opportunities.
• Carrier Relationship and Contract Management – Establish and maintain strong partnerships with airline carriers. Lead contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing, reliable capacity, and long-term value.
• Market Analysis and Product Optimization – Continuously monitor global airfreight market trends and proactively refine product design, pricing, and operational processes to improve service performance and competitiveness.
• Tender Management and Pricing – Support global and regional airfreight RFQs by developing optimized pricing strategies. Ensure proposals are aligned with customer requirements, service standards, and internal margin expectations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to drive airfreight product development and execute customer-specific initiatives.
• KPI Monitoring and Continuous Improvement – Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product performance, identify improvement areas, and support sustainability-driven initiatives across the airfreight network.
Technical & Qualifications:
Education/Technical Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge/Work Experience
• Over 7 years of experience in airfreight, with a solid background in carrier relationship management, airfreight procurement, operations, and commercial functions.
• Possesses strong knowledge of airfreight products, strategic pricing models, and international import/export regulations.
• Established network with airlines partners.

• Demonstrated strategic thinking with a proven ability to identify opportunities and execute long-term initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence, guide, and align internal teams and business partners.
