Product Manager

About the company:

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager for a fast-growing tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on user needs and business goals.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable milestones and prioritize features across development phases.
• Own the end-to-end product development process, including high-quality PRD creation, scenario planning, and edge case analysis.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across UI/UX, engineering, QA, and operations to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Monitor product performance post-launch using data analytics and user feedback to guide continuous improvements.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and identify new opportunities.
• Act as the bridge between Australian and China-based teams, clearly communicating product logic, user value, and business context across time zones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or retail tech domains.
• Proven track record of managing complex B2B product modules end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of enterprise workflows and ability to simplify complex business processes into intuitive product experiences.
• Proficiency in product tools such as Figma, Confluence, and Jira.
• Strong commercial awareness, user empathy, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, mandarin speaker will be a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural, and cross-functional environment.
