Location: Istanbul, Turkey

Are you a student looking for a professional challenge and would like to start a career in Human Resources with a global player in the consumer goods industry? Then join us directly in the fast lane as Human Resources Intern at SC Johnson.

This position is responsible for handling operational tasks of employee matters mainly for SCJ Turkey and occasionally for MENAPT organization. Additionally, supporting general HR processes as well as HR projects for the country group.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with creating internal and external HR events.
• Participating in various HR projects like HR Digital projects, Engagement and Employer Branding as well as own project assignments.
• Support various HR processes regarding employee life cycle such as On-boarding, Off-boarding and Training & Development.
• Cooperating with our EMEA HR Delivery Center: HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Learning & Development.
• Other day-to-day business area scope of responsibilities
  
  

Experience You Will Bring

• Experience in HR and administration work by internships in international companies
• Fluent in Turkish and English, further language skills are a plus.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

• Strong communication skills as you will be interacting with various departments within the business.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working.

Job Requirements

• Availability to work from the office based in Umraniye minimum 2,5 days a week
