About Your Future Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic Cyber Threat Intelligence Team. Are you the type of person who reads about the latest security threats for fun? If you’re passionate about cybersecurity, love solving puzzles, and are eager to dive into the latest intelligence frameworks and tools, we want you on our team!

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Hunting Threats: Track down, analyze, and report on emerging cyber threats that could impact our organization
  • Collaborating Like a Pro: Work with internal teams and external partners to share, enrich, and analyze data. When the heat is on, you'll be the one connecting the dots!
  • Leverage Intelligence Frameworks: Master threat intelligence models like the Diamond Model and MITRE ATT&CK to help us predict and stop adversarial behavior in its tracks.
  • Utilize OSINT Tools: Use OSINT tools to transform raw data into actionable insights that strengthen our defenses.
  • Craft Effective Threat Intelligence Reports: Deliver clear and actionable reports to ensure intelligence is communicated to the right people who can make it actionable.
  • Scripting & Integration: Use scripting languages like Python and work with APIs to automate processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • Cybersecurity Passion: You’re already plugged into the latest infosec news and genuinely enjoy keeping up with the community.
  • Self-Starter: You’re independent, resourceful, and can handle end-to-end processes—from ideation to analysis and distribution.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English (bonus points if you can make technical stuff sound engaging).
  • Pattern Recognition: You’ve got an eye for trends and patterns, with strong analytical skills that help you uncover hidden threats.
  • Networking Fundamentals: You understand networking concepts (IPv4/v6, TCP/IP, OSI layer 7 protocols).
  • Vulnerability Understanding: You can assess and prioritize software vulnerabilities using the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS).
  • OSINT Tools Experience: Familiarity with OSINT tools to enrich and analyze intelligence data.
  • Scripting: Familiar with Python and experience with API integrations.
  • Linux Expertise: You’re familiar in Linux or Unix-like environments.

Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:

  • MISP Experience: Experience using and administering MISP (Malware Information Sharing Platform).
  • Azure Cloud Skills: Experience with Azure, Defender, Sentinel, or other cloud tools.
