The primary mission of the "L&H Administration Analytics analyst" is to support Treaty Administration Teams around the world in their operation by exposing L&H administration data, thereby enhancing data quality and streamlining administrative processes.

Over time, SCOR L&H has significantly expanded its footprint in various markets around the world, building up large in‐force portfolios. An enhanced approach to in‐force management has potential for substantial value creation and better value propositions to clients.

As such, Omega Life CC is meant to develop new centralized Analytics and promote efficient administrative processes.

In this context, the team seeks to reinforce its capacity, searching for an "L&H Administration Analytics analyst".

This role will work closely with Technical Accountants from all regions, data & Analytics teams with the objective of developing new KPI around business administration, with a particular focus on Retrocession (Treaty & SOA). It could imply to develop or update Business Rules to improve Data quality.

You will report directly to the head of Omega Life Competency Center. The Omega Competency Center is a Scor Life & Health global function, acting as the Product Owner of OMEGA 2, which is SCOR main platform for treaty administration and technical sub ledger.

As an Administration Analytics analyst, your role is to:

  • Support global and local teams in implementing Business monitoring Analytics
  • In coordination with local stakeholders, actively work on process efficiency / harmonization / automation to improve the data quality in our systems.
  • Develop Ad'hoc extraction upon request
  • Supporting the Head of the team to establish strong standards or identify best practices and support global and local teams in their implementation and change management.
  • Supporting the Head of the team to develop awareness across the organization by identifying and disseminating knowledge, best practices and experiences and by providing guidance and training to relevant teams.
  • Become an active member of the Treaty Administration / in force Management communities and maintain strong relationships within those communities.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration / operations in the insurance / reinsurance industry or as a consultant / Auditor working in insurance / reinsurance industry
  • Experience with Data Visualization Tools (Contour, Showcase, power BI, Business Object, …)
  • English (written and spoken)

  • Basic insurance and reinsurance knowledge and eagerness to deepen expertise
  • Advanced MS Office skills (focus on MS Excel)
  • Advanced analytical skills and accuracy
  • Advanced communication and team collaboration skills
  • Sense of reliability and responsibility

Required Education

Master degree or equivalent in business administration or engineering
