About the Job:

The Strategy Management Specialist works as part of the Digitalization team, collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic planning, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure alignment across all business units. This role will lead critical initiatives, conduct market and competitor analysis, and provide data-driven insights to support key business decisions.

This position will:

• Define the roadmap for responsible strategies and track the associated programs/projects.
• Monitor key performance metrics and track progress on strategic objectives (value monitoring).
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support investment decisions.
• Translate complex insights into actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations.
• Partner with business units to define and prioritize strategic goals. Communicate the partnership’s digitalization strategies to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring awareness at all levels.
• Resolve bottlenecks in strategic projects within Partnerships or Technology, or escalate issues when necessary.
• Report and present progress to senior management.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategic project/program management or software leadership involving high relationship complexity (preferably in aviation or e-commerce).
• Experience in value scaling, calculation, and monitoring within strategic frameworks.
• Proficiency in using prioritization models based on strategic objectives.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop digital strategies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent coordination, communication, leadership, and persuasion skills in cross-functional environments.
• The ability to develop rapid, effective, and sustainable solutions to technology-oriented problems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong reporting and presentation abilities.
