About the Job:

The Change Management Specialist works as part of the Digitalization team to ensure the controlled and efficient implementation of IT changes in a dynamic, safety-sensitive environment. Acting as the bridge between IT, business units, and other stakeholders, you will manage the change process, mitigate risks related to technology updates, and ensure alignment with global aviation standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

This position will:

• Own and manage the end-to-end IT change management process, ensuring all changes are assessed, approved, scheduled, and communicated effectively.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, business, and application teams to ensure seamless coordination across change activities.
• Assess the business and operational impact of proposed IT changes.
• Monitor post-implementation outcomes to evaluate success and follow up on potential incidents or rollbacks.
• Define transformation KPIs and track them during and after the transformation process.
• Analyze existing business processes and develop solutions to improve efficiency.
• Lead transformation initiatives and organize related activities (e.g., webinars, seminars) to accelerate adoption.
• Report and present progress to senior management.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategic transformation projects as a Change Manager, Business Analyst, or Project/Program Manager (preferably in aviation or e-commerce).Experience with Waterfall, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and go-live/deployment processes.
• Knowledge of digital transformation technologies (cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, etc.).
• The ability to analyze and optimize business processes.
• Proficiency in strategy development and execution.
• Strong knowledge of human-centered change management approaches, with empathy, observational, and communication skills.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• The ability to lead effectively across diverse teams and functions.
