Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our client’s Information Systems (IS) program and project portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring all IS-related initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and functional expectations. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external third parties to support strategic project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program & Portfolio Management:
• Accountable for end-to-end planning, coordination, and management of IS programs and project portfolios to meet agreed targets for scope, time, budget, and quality.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Serve as the key interface with business and functional leaders to develop and align the IS project portfolio with organizational priorities and business goals.
• Methodology Implementation:
• Lead the adoption and enhancement of a robust and flexible IS program/project execution methodology across the organization.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead the PMO team, providing guidance and monitoring project delivery. Ensure efficient execution, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale IS projects or programs, preferably in an international or matrixed environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK, PRINCE2).
