We’re hiring a Tech Lead to join us on a monolith project with global reach!

This role is a bit different from your typical feature-focused development job. You will be part of a platform team and your work will be more focused on maintenance of a large-scale monolithic system, improving processes, ensuring service quality, and collaborating with other teams.

Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of experience working in a software development team;
• Willingness to mentor others, and a commitment to continuous growth and learning;
• You’re ready to be a technical role model and lead by example;
• Experienced with Postgres, Kubernetes, Java, Spring, Hibernate;
• Experienced with agile ways of working;
• Estonian and English language;
• Willingness to come to the office at least couple times a week;
• Open to working closely with the team on a daily basis;
• You work independently and aren’t afraid to share your ideas when solving problems;
• You’re also willing to be on-call;
• You can start as soon as possible ;
• Experience as a tech lead is a plus not a must.
