Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Develop and implement onboarding programs to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company
• Lead employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture
• Assist in the development and execution of learning and development programs to support employee growth
• Handle employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
