Data Scientist

You will serve as a strategic partner to the commercial-sales division bringing analytical accuracy and predictive insights to optimize revenue operations.

This role is responsible for developing models that drive decision-making across sales, pricing, and customer success functions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen and a passion for solving high-impact commercial problems through data. You will

• Design, build, and deploy statistical and machine learning models to support revenue forecasting, customer segmentation, churn prediction, and pricing optimization
• Develop data-driven strategies for pipeline management, territory design, sales incentives, and client lifecycle value

Responsibilities:

1. Define and develop the metrics and data modelling requirements for Commercial reporting
2. create compelling visualizations to help stakeholders understand complex information and make informed decisions
3. Define and measure KPIs, uncover trends and performance drivers
4. Identify, refine, and improve processes through automation of tasks and develop best practices.
5. Drive adoption of AI and large language model (LLM) technologies.

Experience

1. Over 8+ years in Data Analytics / Data Science with advanced skills in programming languages e.g. Python, R, SQL , predictive modelling & data visualization
2. Proficiency in using Snowflake and familiarity with relational databases
3. Very strong MS Office Products proficiency required
4. Working knowledge in data visualization tools ( Advanced knowledge of Power BI is an asset).
5. Demonstrated ability to build, deploy, and maintain end-to-end data science solutions in a commercial setting
6. Hands-on experience applying AI/ML techniques to solve real-world business problems
