About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead Minterest’s marketing vision and execute initiatives that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and adoption. This role is crucial to shaping and communicating Minterest's unique value proposition within the DeFi ecosystem. You will develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns, manage our brand presence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Minterest’s visibility and credibility.

The ideal candidate is passionate about DeFi, experienced in growth-focused marketing strategies, and has a proven track record of driving user acquisition in Web3 or blockchain. This role requires both strategic insight and hands-on execution, reporting directly to the executive team and working closely with product and business development to ensure marketing aligns with growth and user engagement goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase Minterest’s brand awareness, user engagement, and market positioning across digital channels.
• Oversee content creation and brand messaging, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with Minterest’s mission, values, and unique DeFi model.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, content marketing, email, SEO, and paid media to drive user acquisition, retention, and protocol adoption.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and co-marketing campaigns with other DeFi platforms, wallets, and communities to extend Minterest’s reach.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize based on insights.
• Enhance user engagement by fostering a community-focused approach, developing educational materials, hosting webinars, and leveraging feedback loops to keep users informed and engaged.
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to align marketing efforts with new releases, integrations, and updates, ensuring cohesive communication.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor marketing strategies to adapt and innovate, positioning Minterest as a leader in the DeFi space.
• Represent Minterest in online forums, industry conferences, and events to build relationships and promote the brand within the DeFi community.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role within Web3, DeFi, or blockchain, with a strong focus on user acquisition and brand growth.
• Deep understanding of decentralized finance, lending protocols, tokenomics, and the competitive DeFi landscape.
• Track record of leading successful multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on measurable results in user growth and engagement.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey complex ideas in a simple, engaging, and user-friendly manner.
• Experience managing and scaling social media, content, and influencer strategies to build community and foster loyalty.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to interpret campaign performance metrics and refine strategies for optimal results.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate campaigns across multiple platforms and meet deadlines.
• Passion for DeFi and its potential to democratize finance.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Remote work experience; European timezone preferred but not required.
