O&M Project coordinator

Your Role:

• You'll be responsible for organizing both planned and unplanned maintenance visits – from scheduling to smooth execution;

 • You’ll coordinate the necessary resources, monitor ongoing work, and make sure everything is properly documented;

 • You'll ensure services are delivered in line with contractual obligations and the highest quality standards;

 • You'll prepare annual maintenance plans, monthly reports, and other key documentation;

 • You’ll communicate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and other stakeholders;

 • You'll manage subcontractors, assess potential risks, and ensure effective collaboration;

 • You’ll review and improve internal procedures – making sure they’re relevant, practical, and up to date;

 • You'll track and manage expenses responsibly, while supporting budget planning;

 • You'll prepare and regularly update technical and operational documentation, ensuring everything is accurate and accessible;

 • You'll plan and coordinate additional maintenance activities – from grass cutting and module cleaning to thermography and inspections – making sure all tasks are completed on time and with care;

 • You’ll support dispatch operations – monitor ongoing activities, assist in troubleshooting, and help plan resources to resolve technical issues.

What We Expect from You:

• Experience in managing electrical construction projects and/or solar power plants;

 • Higher education (engineering, electrical engineering, or management – a strong advantage);

 • Knowledge and hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, and operational processes;

 • Strong analytical thinking, responsibility, organizational skills, and initiative;

 • Ability to independently manage tasks and coordinate workflows;

 • Good command of English – both written and spoken;

 • Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Salary: €1500–2500/month (net, after taxes)
