Project Manager

We are seeking two experienced EL1 Data Project Managers to support the delivery of a large-scale program of work focused on foundational data assets, reporting products, and data pipeline solutions.

These roles will play a key part in aligning internal delivery squads, platform teams and key technical stakeholders to ensure consistent, coordinated progress across concurrent data initiatives. Candidates must bring strong delivery discipline, experience working across complex data environments, and the ability to engage and lead cross-functional teams to outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning activities across agile delivery squads and project teams
• Maintain project schedules, balancing business priorities and technical dependencies
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of project solutions, ensuring quality, risk and release standards are met
• Manage stakeholder engagement across business, data, and IT groups
• Actively manage project plans, risks, issues, assumptions and decisions using tools such as MS Project, JIRA and Confluence
• Prepare status reporting and manage release planning in line with delivery milestones
• Provide strong delivery leadership and foster a positive, collaborative project environment
• Contribute to and support continuous improvement initiatives and delivery best practices

Key Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience delivering complex IT, data or analytics projects
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint and Visio
• In-depth knowledge of project governance frameworks and methodologies (e.g. Agile, PMBOK)
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry-recognised certification in project management

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to SQL or SAS
• Experience with UAT planning and execution
• Understanding of data testing practices
• Appreciation for accessible design and inclusive delivery practices
